Our annual Mother’s Day Workshop at The Peninsula New York, this past Saturday, was a lovely afternoon of tea sipping, crumpet noshing and fabulous floral arranging. Guests learned how to create their own floral masterpieces from our General Manager, and mother-to-be, Sara and our talented designer, Colin. Mothers and daughters were entered into a contest to win a luxe FOTW gift card or holistic massage/lunch package at the Peninsula Spa. As always, we loved seeing everyone’s unique and beautiful creations!

Celebrate Mothers Day with Flowers of the World! This week’s windows feature bright coral peonies, in our opinion, one of the most feminine beautiful flowers of the season. Wishing all moms out there a lovely weekend and a very special day!

When guests step into the lobby of The Peninsula New York this week, they will be transported into a Parisian Flower Market in honor of Mothers Day 2012. We are always so happy to partner with The Peninsula each year for our annual Mother’s Day Flower Workshop and are thrilled to celebrate the holiday the whole week through with beautiful blooms and an authentic French feel.
