On Tuesday night, Flowers of the World’s downtown Studio hosted a Winter Wonders Floral Design Workshop. Sara and Lori from the FOTW team taught guests how to create luxe low arrangements and incorporate seasonal flowers to create their own one-of-a-kind designs. Our guests were thrilled to experiment with bright lively hues to add a splash of color that brightened up our winter night. Check out some of their designs below, and sign up for one of our upcoming workshops to create your own arrangement…
With the cold weather we have been having in New York City lately, Flowers of the World’s lush green windows are sure to inspire! Our designers used bright oversized fan leaves to compliment green Anthurium and created a tropical paradise. Curvy black vases accented by warm light add the ultimate feminine touch. Only 55 Days till Spring!
We love an elegant winter wedding in New York City… Our gorgeous bride, Ashley, and handsome groom, Peter, were married at Bridewaters in Lower Manhattan this past weekend. The talented team at Flowers of the World created a cool winter scene that expressed the couple’s contemporary vibe. Birch poles and soft chiffon were used to design a unique Chuppah and the arrangements were made up of swirling calla lilies, cascading orchids, full hydrangea and sophisticated amaryllis all
accented by silver gems. Lanterns created a romantic feel and the room was further accented with blue light which made the view of the Brooklyn Bridge and New York Harbor even more magical.
