Springy green and yellow cymbidium orchids looked perfect at a new client cocktail reception at 620 Loft & Garden at Rockefeller Center last night. Our talented designers created a beautiful display using the vibrant orchids paired with architectural neon green and yellow plexi sticks. FOTW loved meeting new faces and sharing our chic design!
Last night at the Trump Soho Hotel, some of NYC’s most popular Bridal Bloggers were treated to a full wedding experience in the luxe hotel’s Sohi Event Space. FOTW created a sophisticated Chuppah with feminine pink cherry blossoms, white chiffon and hanging glass globes filled with cymbidium orchids. The Bloggers sat at an elegant dinner table featuring striking pink french tulips in mirrored containers. Rent the Runway provided gorgeous designer gowns to complete the mood. Our favorite part of the evening was the Bloggers enjoying a mini FOTW floral design workshop focusing on what they write about all the time- Bridal Bouquets! It was fun to see the unique personality of each Blogger shine through in their designs!

We are in love with the newest Sunanda Dark Chocolate Vanda Orchid from one of our preferred growers in Holland! Did you know it takes 6 years to grow a Vanda plant? It grows for its first 5 years in Thailand and is brought to Holland for its 6th year onwards. After 6 years of growth, each plant produces an average of 2 to 3 stems a year. This specific Vanda will not be available for mass production for another 2 years. We cannot wait to design with these gorgeous exotic orchids! For interested clients, we can special order this variety as we are the exclusive vendor.
